Ohio High School Basketball - Licking Valley overwhelmed by Fairfield Union

The Fairfield Union Falcons basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Licking Valley Panthers to 46 in the Falcons non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Falcons now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hamilton Township for a Mid-State - Buckeye contest on Friday, December 22. Fairfield Union will play a Rangers squad coming off a 57-56 league win over Circleville (Circleville, OH). The Rangers record now stands at 4-2.

Next up, the Panthers play the Sheridan Generals (Thornville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 22. Licking Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Generals go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 66-27 league win over River View (Warsaw, OH).
