Garces Memorial Rams (Bakersfield, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kennedy Thunderbirds (Delano, CA), 81-47 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Garces Memorial upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Rams host Ridgeview (Bakersfield, CA) to play the Wolf Pack in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Wolf Pack go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Ridgeview won 79-65 in their recent non-league bout against Mission Oak (Tulare, CA)

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Taft Wildcats (Taft, CA) in a South Sequoia bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
