Louisiana High School Basketball - John Curtis Christian can't hold off St. Thomas Aquinas

The St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting John Curtis Christian Patriots to 55 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Falcons now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Thomas More for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. St. Thomas Aquinas will battle a Cougars team coming off a 47-41 non-league win over Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-3.

The Patriots (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Archbishop Rummel (Metairie, LA). The Raiders enter the 5A District 9 contest with a 12-6 record.
