The John Paul II Guardians basketball team (New Braunfels, TX), was routed 80-39 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Judson Rockets (Converse, TX)

The Rockets now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 28. Judson will battle a Trojans team coming off a 85-63 league win over Lake Belton (Temple, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 14-2.

The Guardians (6-10) will now prepare for their battle against First Baptist Academy (Universal City, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, First Baptist Academy trounced Austin Waldorf (Austin, TX), 57-28, in a non-league battle.
