The Northwest Christian Wolverines basketball team (Lacey, WA), was overwhelmed 55-31 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Rochester Warriors (Rochester, WA)

The Warriors now possess a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host River Ridge for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 28. Rochester will confront a Hawks team coming off a 56-44 league win over Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-5.

The Wolverines (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pope John Paul II (Lacey, WA). The Eagles come into the 1B/2B Sea-Tac battle with a 1-5 record. In their last battle, Pope John Paul II was overwhelmed by Auburn Adventist (Auburn, WA), 69-18, in a league battle.
