Academy of the Holy Names (Albany, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cobleskill-Richmondville Bulldogs (Cobleskill, NY), 54-29 in a league bout.

With the win, Academy of the Holy Names upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The host Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, December 22. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake lost 36-26 in their recent league bout against Niskayuna (Niskayuna, NY)

Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the La Salle Institute Cadets (Troy, NY) in a Section 2 Colonial bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Cobleskill-Richmondville will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.
