The C.A. Johnson Hornets basketball team scored 55 points and restricted the host Hannah-Pamplico Raiders to 47 in the Hornets non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Hornets now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Joseph's Catholic for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. C.A. Johnson will battle a Knights team coming off a 58-52 non-league loss to Blue Ridge (Greer, SC). The Knights record now stands at 6-4.
The Raiders (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Christian Academy (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Saints come into the non-league contest with a 9-2 record. In their last contest, Christian Academy prevailed over Laurence Manning Academy (Manning, SC), 36-23, in a non-league contest.
