California High School Basketball - St. Anthony thwarts Centennial

The St. Anthony Saints (Long Beach, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Centennial Huskies (Corona, CA), 61-48 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Saints (10-2) will now prepare for their test against Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ). The Wildcats go into the non-league test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Mesquite notched a victory over Harpeth Hall (Nashville, TN), 41-39, in a non-league test.

The Huskies now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Harpeth Hall for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21. Centennial will encounter a Honeybears squad coming off a 41-39 non-league loss to Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ). The Honeybears record now stands at 7-4.
