South Carolina High School Basketball - Ridgeland-Hardeeville fells Colleton County

December 20, 2023: Walterboro, SC 29488

Ridgeland-Hardeeville Jaguars (Ridgeland, SC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Colleton County Cougars (Walterboro, SC), 56-46 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ridgeland-Hardeeville upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Jaguars host Hampton County (Varnville, SC) to play the Hurricanes in a AA Region 6 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Hurricanes go into the bout with a record of 5-5.

Next up, the Cougars play the Stratford Knights (Goose Creek, SC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Colleton County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 71-32 non-league loss to Fort Dorchester (North Charleston, SC).
