Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY) and the host McCracken County Mustangs (Paducah, KY), saw Cooper's basketball squad overcome McCracken County by a tally of 50-38.

With the victory, Cooper improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Bullitt East (Mt. Washington, KY) to play the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Bullitt East won 62-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY)

Next up, the Mustangs play the South Paulding Spartans (Douglasville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, December 27. McCracken County will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record.
