The James F. Byrnes Rebels basketball team (Duncan, SC), was overwhelmed 72-44 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Gatlinburg-Pittman Highlanders (Gatlinburg, TN)

The Highlanders now possess a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ingomar for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 21. Gatlinburg-Pittman will battle a Falcons team coming off a 49-26 non-league win over Jackson County (McKee, KY). The Falcons record now stands at 15-2.

The Rebels (6-3) will now prepare for their battle against Orange Park (Orange Park, FL). The Raiders come into the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Orange Park was overwhelmed by Bolles (Jacksonville, FL), 87-61, in a non-league battle.
