Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Juab Wasps (Nephi, UT) and the host South Summit Wildcats (Kamas, UT), saw Juab's basketball squad wallop South Summit by a tally of 54-32.

With the victory, Juab improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Wasps host Carbon (Price, UT) to confront the Dinos in a 3A Region 12 challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Dinos come into the challenge with a record of 7-4. Carbon won 67-24 in their recent league challenge against Delta (Delta, UT)

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. South Summit will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Soaring Eagle come into the challenge with a 2-9 record after their 44-29 non-league loss to Timpanogos (Orem, UT).
