Timpanogos Timberwolves (Orem, UT) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT), 44-29 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Timpanogos improves its record to 3-7 on the campaign. The Timberwolves travel to Provo (Provo, UT) to confront the Bulldogs in a 4A Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, January 9. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 1-7.

Next up, the Soaring Eagle confront the South Summit Wildcats (Kamas, UT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, December 28. Juan Diego Catholic will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 54-32 non-league loss to Juab (Nephi, UT).
