California High School Basketball - Magnolia edges San Gorgonio

The Magnolia Sentinels (Anaheim, CA) basketball nipped the host San Gorgonio Spartans (San Bernardino, CA), 38-36 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Sentinels (9-3) will now prepare for their test against Linfield Christian (Temecula, CA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 5-10 record.
The Spartans now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Edgewood for a non-league test on Thursday, December 21. San Gorgonio will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 100-0 league loss to Ganesha (Pomona, CA). The Lions record now stands at 5-3.
