The M.L. King Lions basketball team (Lithonia, GA), was overwhelmed 53-2 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA)
The Jaguars now possess a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chestatee for a AAAA Region 8 battle on Friday, January 5.
The Lions (4-9) will now prepare for their battle against Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 9-2 record. In their last battle, Mary Persons trounced Locust Grove (Locust Grove, GA), 53-44, in a non-league battle.
