The Valley Vikings basketball team scored 45 points and held the visiting Seneca Red Hawks to 32 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Vikings now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Doss for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Valley will battle a Dragons team coming off a 64-40 non-league loss to Waggener (Louisville, KY). The Dragons record now stands at 2-5.
The Red Hawks (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Holy Cross (Louisville, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Holy Cross ran past Portland Christian (Louisville, KY), 54-31, in a non-league contest.
