Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Marian Catholic crushes Jim Thorpe

Marian Catholic (Tamaqua, PA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Jim Thorpe Olympians (Jim Thorpe, PA), 67-41 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Marian Catholic upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The travel to Lehigh Valley Academy (Bethlehem, PA) to play the Jaguars in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 23. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Olympians play the Non JV Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Jim Thorpe will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
