The Whitney Wildcats held off the host St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats soccer squad by a margin of 1-0 in Wednesday's non-league match.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to De La Salle for a non-league match on Thursday, December 21. Whitney will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, St. Ignatius College Preparatory drops to 1-2 on the season.
