The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the McDaniel Mountain Lions (Portland, OR) and the visiting Aloha Warriors (Beaverton, OR), observed McDaniel's basketball team overcome Aloha by a margin of 57-44.

The Mountain Lions (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Clackamas (Clackamas, OR). The Cavaliers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Clackamas defeated Tigard (Tigard, OR), 67-61, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors battle the Glencoe Crimson Tide (Hillsboro, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 28. Aloha will attempt to better on its 1-5 season record. The Crimson Tide come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 71-59 non-league loss to Tigard (Tigard, OR).
