The Fernley Vaqueros nipped the host Boulder City Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 48-43 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Vaqueros clash with the Virgin Valley Bulldogs (Mesquite, NV) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, December 21. Fernley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the outing with a 2-4 record after their 83-55 league loss to Democracy Prep Agassi Campus (Las Vegas, NV).
