The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) and the visiting Washburn Millers (Minneapolis, MN), observed Chanhassen's basketball team overcome Washburn by a margin of 81-70.

The Storm (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Apple Valley defeated Rosemount (Rosemount, MN), 82-61, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Millers battle the Edison Tommies (Minneapolis, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Washburn will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Tommies come into the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 66-53 non-league loss to Simley (Inver Grove Heights, MN).
