Oklahoma High School Basketball - Nowata overwhelms Commerce

The Nowata Ironmen basketball team scored 70 points and limited the host Commerce Tigers to 48 in the Ironmen non-league triumph on Friday.
The Ironmen now have a 5-0 record. They play next when they host Fairland for a non-league game on Friday, January 3. Nowata will confront a Owls team coming off a 56-40 non-league win over Miami (Miami, OK). The Owls record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Commerce falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Fairland (Fairland, OK) to confront the Owls in a Lucky Seven game on Friday, January 10. The Owls go into the game with a record of 8-1.
