Utah High School Basketball - Wayne trounced by Draper APA

The Wayne Badgers basketball squad (Bicknell, UT), was crushed 73-52 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Draper APA Eagles (Draper, UT)

With the victory, Draper APA advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Eagles travel to American Leadership Academy (Spanish Fork, UT) to meet the Eagles in a 2A Region 17 battle on Wednesday, January 8. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 9-1.

The Badgers now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tabiona for a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. Wayne will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 58-34 non-league win over St. Joseph (Ogden, UT). The Tigers record now stands at 4-2.
