In Friday's non-league test, the Hooker Bulldogs (Hooker, OK) basketball team overwhelmed the host Mooreland Bearcats (Mooreland, OK), by a margin of 66-34.

The Bulldogs (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mustang (Mustang, OK). The Broncos go into the non-league contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Mustang was trounced by Putnam City (Oklahoma City, OK), 51-48, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bearcats confront the Seiling Wildcats (Seiling, OK) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Mooreland will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 90-18 non-league loss to Okarche (Okarche, OK).
