The Wyomissing Spartans (Wyomissing, PA) basketball toppled the host Kutztown Cougars (Kutztown, PA), 63-49 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Spartans now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Berks Catholic for a non-league bout on Friday, January 3.

With the loss, Kutztown falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Northern Lebanon (Fredericksburg, PA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Monday, December 23. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 2-4.
