Colorado High School Basketball - Monarch knocks off Rocky Mountain

December 20, 2024: Fort Collins, CO 80526

The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Monarch Coyotes (Louisville, CO) and the host Rocky Mountain Lobos (Fort Collins, CO), observed Monarch's basketball team overcome Rocky Mountain by a score of 68-58.

The Coyotes (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Family (Broomfield, CO). The Tigers come into the 6A/5A/4A Granite Peaks challenge with a 2-2 record.

In their next game, the Lobos battle the Fairview Knights (Boulder, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 4. Rocky Mountain will attempt to improve on its 3-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 50-37 non-league win over Brighton (Brighton, CO).
