Times Squared Academy Eagles (Providence, RI) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host St. Patrick Academy Padres (Providence, RI), 71-48 in a league match.
With the victory, Times Squared Academy upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Eagles host Scituate (North Scituate, RI) to face the Spartans in a Division 3 match on Thursday, January 2. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 1-3.
The Padres now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Scituate for a Division 3 match on Monday, December 23. St. Patrick Academy will face a Spartans squad coming off a 42-40 non-league loss to Chariho (Wood River Junction, RI). The Spartans record now stands at 1-3.
