In Friday's non-league contest, the host Flagstaff Eagles basketball team scored a good 61-41 triumph over the Cortez Colts.

The Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ). The Thunderbirds go into the contest with a 0-1 record.
