The Carlsbad Lancers basketball team scored 43 points and limited the visiting St. Joseph Academy Crusaders to 28 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lancers now possess a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Cathedral Catholic for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2.

With the loss, St. Joseph Academy falls to 9-4 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to La Costa Canyon (Carlsbad, CA) to confront the Mavericks in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Mavericks go into the game with a record of 5-6. La Costa Canyon won 57-32 in their recent non-league game against Pacific Ridge (Carlsbad, CA)
