The Chisago Lakes Area Wildcats basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host St. Croix Prep Lions to 32 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now have a 1-11 record. They play next when they travel to Hibbing for a non-league game on Friday, January 3.

With the loss, St. Croix Prep falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to St. Cloud Cathedral (St. Cloud, MN) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Crusaders go into the game with a record of 5-9. St. Cloud Cathedral won 62-44 in their recent non-league game against Rocori (Cold Spring, MN)
