Nevada High School Basketball - Eureka crushes Hug

December 20, 2024: Reno, NV 89431

The Eureka Vandals (Eureka, NV) basketball crushed the host Hug Hawks (Reno, NV), 49-28 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Vandals now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to North Valleys for a non-league bout on Saturday, December 21. Eureka will play a Panthers team coming off a 49-38 non-league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Panthers record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Hug falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to McQueen (Reno, NV) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league outing on Friday, December 27. The Lancers enter the outing with a record of 2-7. McQueen lost 70-46 in their recent league outing against Galena (Reno, NV)
