In Friday's non-league contest, the host Myrtle Point Bobcats basketball team scored a good 45-31 win over the Glide Wildcats.
The Bobcats (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Lost River (Merrill, OR). The Raiders come into the 2A East Cascades contest with a 2-0 record.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Days Creek Wolves (Days Creek, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Glide will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record.
