Washington High School Basketball - Hazen victorious over Renton

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Hazen Highlanders basketball team scored a good 51-34 triumph over the Renton Red Hawks.

The Highlanders (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA). The Lancers go into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, Kennedy Catholic was topped by Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA), 53-50, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Red Hawks battle the Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA) in a 2A KingCo contest, on Monday, December 30. Renton will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record.
