The Hermitage Hermits basketball squad (Hermitage, AR), was crushed 66-17 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Riverdale Academy Rebels (Coushatta, LA)

With the victory, Riverdale Academy advances its record to 12-5 on the year. The Rebels travel to River Oaks (Monroe, LA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Saturday, December 21. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 4-2.

The Hermits now own a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Emerson for a 1A Region 8 battle on Tuesday, January 7.
