In Friday's non-league test, the Spectrum Sting (Elk River, MN) basketball squad trounced the host Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies (Isle, MN), by a score of 59-32.

Next, the Sting encounter the Greenway Raiders (Coleraine, MN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 21. Spectrum will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record.

The Huskies (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Lake of the Woods (Baudette, MN). The Bears come into the non-league test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Lake of the Woods was routed by Blackduck (Blackduck, MN), 61-43, in a league test.
