With the victory, Stone Mountain upgrades its record to 6-5 on the year. The Pirates travel to Cedar Grove (Ellenwood, GA) to face the Saints in a AAA Region 5 match on Tuesday, January 7. The Saints enter the match with a record of 1-8.

The Wolverines now sport a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to M.L. King for a non-league match on Monday, December 30. Miller Grove will face a Lions squad coming off a 64-31 non-league loss to Hampton (Hampton, GA). The Lions record now stands at 2-12.
