The Hudson Explorers ice hockey team scored 3 points and held the host Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy Royals to 2 in the Explorers non-league victory on Friday.
The Explorers now hold a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rocky River for a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 21. Hudson will battle a Pirates team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Walsh Jesuit (Cuyahoga Falls, OH). The Pirates record now stands at 7-4.
In their next game, the Royals battle the Clay Eagles (Oregon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record.
