In Friday's non-league test, the St. John-Vianney Lancers (Holmdel, NJ) ice hockey squad tipped the host Marlboro Mustangs (Marlboro, NJ), by a final score of 4-3.
Next, the Lancers face the Pope John XXIII (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 3. St. John-Vianney will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
