The Dunbar Crimson Tide basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Ballou Knights to 36 in the Crimson Tide league triumph on Friday.
The Crimson Tide now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Lanham Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. Dunbar will play a Lions team coming off a 54-15 non-league win over Calverton (Huntingtown, MD). The Lions record now stands at 2-2.
With the loss, Ballou falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering (Washington, DC) to play the Panthers in a game on Monday, January 6. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 0-0.
