Colorado High School Basketball - Cherry Creek beaten by Mountain Vista

The Mountain Vista Golden Eagles were victorious over the host Cherry Creek Bruins basketball squad by a final score of 62-50 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Golden Eagles face the Doherty Spartans (Colorado Springs, CO) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, January 3. Mountain Vista will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Spartans go into the game with a 2-4 record after their 58-55 non-league win over Kellis (Glendale, AZ).

With the loss, Cherry Creek falls to 6-1 on the campaign. The Bruins host ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO) to confront the Grizzlies in a non-league game on Saturday, January 3. The Grizzlies go into the game with a record of 5-3. ThunderRidge lost 54-53 in their recent non-league game against New Trier (Winnetka, IL)
