In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Sahuaro Cougars basketball team scored a good 77-65 triumph over the American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North Eagles.

In their next game, the Cougars meet the Tucson High Magnet School Badgers (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league match, on Thursday, December 22. Sahuaro will attempt to better on its 12-1 season record.
