Volunteer Falcons (Church Hill, TN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Daniel Boone Trailblazers (Gray, TN), 68-64 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Volunteer upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Falcons travel to Hopewell (Huntersville, NC) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Hopewell won 53-47 in their recent non-league bout against Dobyns-Bennett (Kingsport, TN)

Next up, the Trailblazers clash with the Dobyns-Bennett Indians (Kingsport, TN) in a non-league game, on Thursday, December 22. Daniel Boone will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 7-6 record after their 53-47 non-league loss to Hopewell (Huntersville, NC).
