The Trinity Raiders basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the visiting Evansville Day Eagles to 60 in the Raiders non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Raiders now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evansville Reitz for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. Trinity will battle a Panthers team coming off a 64-60 non-league win over Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL). The Panthers record now stands at 4-1.
The Eagles (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Vincennes Rivet (Vincennes, IN). The Patriots come into the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Vincennes Rivet was defeated by North Knox (Bicknell, IN), 58-31, in a league contest.
