Ohio High School Basketball - Miami Valley Christian Academy can't hold off Grove City Christian

The Grove City Christian Eagles basketball team scored 79 points and held the host Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions to 73 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Eagles now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Berne Union for a Mid-State - Cardinal contest on Friday, December 23. Grove City Christian will battle a Rockets team coming off a 44-41 league loss to Fisher Catholic (Lancaster, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 1-7.

The Lions (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against Seven Hills (Cincinnati, OH). The Stingers enter the Freelance contest with a 0-4 record.
