The Westover Patriots basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Hillgrove Hawks to 55 in the Patriots non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Patriots now sport a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Terrell County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 3. Westover will battle a Greenwave team coming off a 60-47 non-league loss to Chattahoochee County (Cusseta, GA). The Greenwave record now stands at 5-5.

The Hawks (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Escambia County (Atmore, AL). The Blue Devils come into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Escambia County was defeated by Hillcrest (Evergreen, AL), 54-45, in a non-league contest.
