South Carolina High School Basketball - Military Magnet Academy edges Johnsonville

December 21, 2022: North Charleston, SC 29405

The Military Magnet Academy Eagles (North Charleston, SC) basketball nipped the visiting Johnsonville Flashes (Johnsonville, SC), 55-52 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Eagles (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Cross (Cross, SC). The Trojans go into the A Region 8 test with a 6-1 record. In their last test, Cross got by Timberland (St. Stephen, SC), 60-37, in a non-league test.

The Flashes now own a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Waccamaw for a non-league test on Thursday, December 29. Johnsonville will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 46-29 non-league loss to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 3-6.
