San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Legacy Tigers (South Gate, CA), 70-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, San Pedro upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Pirates travel to Glendale (Springfield, MO) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 6-2. Glendale won 64-55 in their recent non-league bout against Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Robert F. Kennedy Community Bobcats (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Legacy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Bobcats go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 48-26 non-league loss to Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA).
