South Carolina High School Basketball - Blythewood can't hold off Chambers

The Chambers Cougars basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Blythewood Bengals to 50 in the Cougars non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Cougars now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rock Hill for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 22. Chambers will battle a Bearcats team coming off a 84-35 non-league win over Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC). The Bearcats record now stands at 5-2.

The Bengals (6-4) will now prepare for their contest against Manning (Manning, SC). The Monarchs come into the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Manning edged Scott's Branch (Summerton, SC), 67-28, in a non-league contest.
