Catskill Cats (Catskill, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Chatham Panthers (Chatham, NY), 48-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Catskill upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Cats travel to Cairo-Durham (Cairo, NY) to clash with the Mustangs in a Section 2 Patroon bout on Thursday, December 22. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-4. Cairo-Durham lost 52-26 in their recent league bout against Maple Hill (Castleton on Hudson, NY)

Next up, the Panthers clash with the Taconic Hills Titans (Craryville, NY) in a Section 2 Patroon bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Chatham will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
