California High School Basketball - Vanden fells George Washington

Vanden Vikings (Fairfield, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting George Washington Patriots (Denver, CO), 75-63 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Vanden upgrades its record to 8-5 on the season. The Vikings travel to Acalanes (Lafayette, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 6-4. Acalanes lost 56-53 in their recent non-league bout against Christ the King (Middle Village, NY)

Next up, the Patriots play the Edge (Calgary, Alberta) (Sioux Falls, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. George Washington will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record.
